Kinesis is a proud member of the B Corp movement - an organization committed to great workplaces and social and environmental consciousness. Kinesis became a B Corporation in 2016, as a reflection of our core values and our belief that business should be used as a force for good.
Since then, we have been active members of the B Corp community - and today, we're excited to share that Kinesis has been honored as B Corporation's “Best For The World” in 2019!
This is the second year in a row that Kinesis has been recognized in the Workers Category, which B Corp summarizes as:
“What is a business without its workers? These B Corps prioritize their workforce through employee-focused efforts, from inclusive hiring practices to employee ownership.
Companies can make a large impact on the lives of their workers well beyond work hours. Our 2019 Best For The World: Workers honorees scored in the top 10% of all B Corps for their employee-friendly practices, such as ownership opportunities, job flexibility, and fair-chance hiring policies.”
However, this is a particularly exciting year for Kinesis - since in addition to the Workers Category, we are also being honored in Governance.
