In a world of pings, posts, and push notifications, we’re all craving real presence. Our 5th Catalyst Summit invites us to disconnect and reconnect — to slow down and tune in to a more meaningful shared experience. Why Analog/us? While digital signals are binary 0s and 1s, analog is the frequency of us: continuous, multi-dimensional, tactile. Leaders are starting to attune to that frequency: one that values creation and intention over endless activity.
This year, we’re dialing down the noise and turning up the signal — the conversations that spark when we’re in the room, the ideas that emerge between the lines, the “us” that only happens offscreen.

“
I attended my first Catalyst event with no expectations except to support a friend. But from the moment I arrived, I realized this was a very special opportunity. Kinesis brought together a community craving meaningful connections and creative solutions. Two years later, I still reference ideas and strategies I learned that day. If you just want to network, this isn't the event for you. Catalyst is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, engage, and unlock new possibilities with a community of like-minded individuals.”

“The benefit of attending Catalyst as a small business leader is learning by osmosis. Just being in the room with so many brilliant minds with so many diverse backgrounds and experiences. To all come together and share our experiments, give each other feedback, and ask questions, we all gain from the combined IQ of the room. It’s amazing.”

Who should attend?
Catalyst is a community of doers, thinkers, innovators, and visionaries — all united in a desire to do meaningful work. We want to create a welcoming environment where attendees can make connections and learn from each other.
In that spirit, this event is not intended for sales conversations — and we’re keeping attendance focused to the owner-operated business community. If based on that criteria we don’t see your attendance as a fit, we’ll reach out to you and refund your ticket price in full.
“The event felt very generous. I never once detected any ‘selling’ happening. Discussions all seemed curated, quality, intentional, thoughtful, and well executed. My biggest regret was not getting MORE from the networking opportunity. I wasn’t able to make the kick-off the night before, and looking back I wish I could have made that because I think I would have had a jump start on meeting others the next day.”
