You’ve heard the news that Kinesis is growing — and growing fast. So, we continue to build our team to support the expanding Kinesis portfolio of extraordinary clients. We couldn’t be more excited to introduce the newest member of the Kinesis family: Sierra Bray!

I love to discover the voice of our clients — let’s make your brand sing.

As a Kinesis Content Strategist, Sierra spearheads copywriting efforts, brand messaging, and website content for clients in collaboration with the rest of the strategic team. She’s also giving her creative eye to Kinesis’s own social media efforts, so be prepared for more behind-the-scenes glimpses of our office! (Hint: There’s food. Lots of food.)

A native to the Rose City, Sierra graduated summa cum laude from the University of Portland with a degree in Organizational Communication and Spanish. After college, she entered the health care industry, working at Kaiser Permanente’s regional headquarters as a Marketing Communications Coordinator. In this role, she wrote internal content for thousands of employees, spearheaded charitable events, and had articles published on Kaiser Permanente’s national channels.

Outside of Kinesis, you can find Sierra fly-fishing, going to concerts, enjoying a gin and tonic, and — as always — making “punny” jokes.

At Kinesis, we believe our people are the engine that powers our success — which is why we’re dedicated to hiring right fit employees, and helping our clients do the same. Sierra embodies our core values: Think Big, Share the Good, Build to Last, and Do the Right Thing. We can’t wait to see all that she can do!

Interested in joining the Kinesis family? Keep your eyes peeled for our open positions at our Career Center.
