Mercy Flights Branding & Logo Design Case Study
Challenge Mercy Flights, a non-profit air and ground ambulance service provider, hired Kinesis to design a new brand for their organization. Mercy Flights had an outdated logo design that did not reflect the company's extensive services and benefits they offer to their patients and healthcare partners. Furthermore, the historical logo design did not demonstrate their state-of-the-art emergency medical services. Solution Kinesis designed a new logo to highlight Mercy Flights' strengths: speed, professionalism, and state-of-the-art emergency medical services and equipment. The new logo is an amalgam of four key visual elements: 1) the Mercy Flights "M," 2) an EKG heartbeat, 3) a stylized set of airplane wings, and 4) the speed at which they transport patients from point A to B. The new logo design and brand has been extended across all of Mercy Flights' marketing materials from brochures to ambulances to uniforms. The result has been an increase in community awareness of the organization.
