Finding a Brand’s Value

A New Image Unlocks Firm’s Potential.

Before renaming their business to VergePointe, the partners at the Parrott Partnership had a problem: their firm’s service offerings had gradually outstripped the business’ tax and accounting roots. More and more of the firm’s work revolved around the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, outsourced CFO services, and financial planning. While tax work continued to be an important business line, the new services represented a substantial opportunity for business growth.

To address this challenge, the firm brought in Kinesis to help provide a new visual direction for the business. In conjunction with a rename, we developed a comprehensive suite of print materials used in presentations and sales activities. New business cards, letterhead, and firm brochures gave the partners high-powered tools to stand out in a crowded marketplace. Kinesis continues to provide VergePointe with ongoing marketing support, including:

  • A website for the firm’s Capital Investment division, VergePointe Capital.
  • A “deal highlights” page showing the firm’s succesful business transactions.
  • Sell sheets and leave-behind materials for individual investors, boards, and equity holders.
