Many websites are simply a diatribe about the business -- what we do, who we are, where we are, why we&#039;re great, etc. While this is all important content, it often turns into a &quot;me fest.&quot;

Visitors want to know what you can do FOR THEM, who you are as it relates to their issues and how you can help them solve problems, who else you&#039;ve helped and how, and so on.

Bottom line, to keep visitors on the site and coming back for more, you must keep their interests, problems, concerns, and desires first in mind when writing and designing your site.
