This was a natural step for us to formalize our core values and commitment to great workplaces. Who are the Kinesians?
Our team is a lot like our clients – we come from humble beginnings with unlimited ambition. And small town roots make for some interesting cultural DNA; our team grew up raising cows for 4-H, setting up zip lines in Alaska, and volunteering at local county fairs. But that special blend of small towns and big dreams has taken us far – we’ve won scholarships to schools big and small, served as president of the AMA (American Marketing Association), and checked skydiving off our bucket lists.
